Are meals included in the trips? What meals are covered?
Most trips include breakfast, with some also offering lunch and dinner, depending on the itinerary. In cases where the trip is to an all-inclusive resort, all meals, snacks, and drinks are covered. However, this does not apply to every trip. -
Is transportation included in all the trips?
Transportation details vary by trip, please be sure to check trip details in advance. -
How many attendees are required for a Dzyne Your Trip (DYT)?
A minimum of 20 attendees and 10 rooms is required to book a Dzyne Your Trip (DYT) experience.

What is the minimum age to attend Adult trips?
Adult trips are open to attendees aged 13 and above. Children under 13 are not permitted on Adult-Only trips. All 13-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult. -
Are cruises included in the available travel options?
No, cruises are not currently included as part of the available travel options.

Can stars be earned non-consecutively, such as one star every two months, or must they be acquired monthly?
In order to keep your account active and earn monthly rewards you must renew your account every month. -
Do Reward Stars have an expiration date?
Each Reward Star will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue. -
If I have earned three stars but missed consecutive payments, will I lose them?
Each Reward Star will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue. In order to use them you must reactivate your BDDV subscription. -
Can a subscriber use their accumulated Reward Stars to pay for a guest’s trip?
Yes, subscribers can use their Reward Stars to pay for a guest’s trip, as long as the guest is not affiliated with ByDzyne.

Can Reward Stars be used to pay for a Co-Applicant’s trip?
Reward Stars can be used to cover the trip cost for either the main subscriber or the Co-Applicant, but not both at the same time if they are traveling together. -
If I have accumulated Reward Stars for a trip but my account becomes inactive, can I still use them?
Once your subscription is canceled, you will no longer have access to your Reward Stars or be able to book a trip on BD Dream Vacations. Access to the BD Dream Vacations may be reinstated with billing of the monthly subscription fee.

Is the $99 USD Administrative Fee required for each traveler?
Yes, the USD $99 Administrative Fee payment will reserve you a spot within the first X number of spots available. Spots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. -
How can I reserve and pay for my trip?
First make sure you have an active BD Dream Vacations subscription.
From the BD Dream Vacations website or mobile app:- Go to the TRIPS tab
- Choose your preferred trip and click on “Book Now”
- Follow instructions to complete the payment.

How do I pay the monthly membership renewal fee?
The BD Dream Vacations Monthly Subscription is available for Autoship or as a one-time purchase via the ByDzyne or BD Dream Vacations website.

If I am unable to travel, can I gift my trip?
The BD Dream Vacations subscriber can gift a trip to a non-BD member. The subscriber has to reserve and complete the trip payment so that it can be gifted. -
What is the deadline to cancel?
Trip cancellations are accepted up to 2 calendar months before the trip’s start date. -
What happens to my payment if I cancel my trip or am unable to attend?
All trip payments and redeemed Reward Stars are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend. -
Can I transfer my USD $99 Admin Fee to another trip or Subscriber?
No, the USD $99 Administrative Fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

No, the Free* Dubai Trip is non-transferable.

Can I redeem a Dubai trip without an active membership?
No, Brand Ambassadors must maintain continuous Active status up until the actual trip date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the free trip. -

To maintain an active account, you must renew your BD Dream Vacations subscription. You can set up an autoship order for BD Dream Vacations, which will be rebilled automatically, or you can manually purchase your rebill order each month from the BD Dream Vacations or ByDzyne website. -
Can an inactive subscriber pay for a trip from their back office?
No, a subscriber must have an active BD Dream Vacations account to access the platform and to pay for a trip.

How do I activate the "I'm Going To..." travel frame after confirming my trip?

How do I register my flight itinerary after paying for my trip?

Do I need a VISA to travel?

You are solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport, any required visas, other travel documents, and for verifying and meeting all entry requirements for each country you plan to visit. -
Do I need a passport to travel?
Yes, a passport is required for all international trips.

How do I choose my roommate?
To share a room with another BD Dream Vacations subscriber:- Log in to your account and click on Trips
- Select the trip you’re attending and click on View Details & Payment
- In the Trip Payment Detail popup, scroll to the bottom right and click "CLICK HERE if you're rooming with another BDDV subscriber who has already booked for the trip."
- In the BD Dream Vacations Member Guest pop up, enter the name of the person you want to share your room with and submit your request.
